Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
We at Love INC look forward to partnering with you this year, as we work together in Christian ministry. We have much that we are planning to do with you and for you - and we need your help updating our records and information about your church.
Below this letter, you will see a link to our "Church Information Questionnaire." Please be assured, we use this information about your church and your church leaders in careful ways, and we always strive to provide benefits for your church and church programs. Actually, the more we at Love INC know about your church and what your church offers or has available, the more verified needs can be referred to your church or church ministries. We use the specific names of your church leaders in order to direct personal and focused mailings or information to the appropriate and different areas of your church. (Examples: Specific Youth projects and opportunities are sent to your youth leader; invitations to special pastor events are directed to your pastor; mission references are sent to your mission or mercy board and so on). Your programs, support groups and ministries are much-needed information for Love INC as we seek to help and direct people in need who call into our Love INC Clearinghouse for help.
We also need your updated church information so we at Love INC can SERVE you and your church more easily and more often as you fulfill God's command to help the poor and needy.
We are requesting that you complete our "Church Information Questionnaire" within the next two to three weeks. Could you return your responses to Love INC on or before Monday, June 28, 2010? Thank you in advance for providing your church information so we can update our files accurately.
